Grant Hardy a 6th grader at Logan Junior High is being recognized for his dedication to his studies. He has completed the 6th and 7th grade ALEKS program this year. We are proud of this Logan Lion Scholar!

Logan Junior High competed at the Rockridge wrestling tournament on Saturday, January 20th. Several team members placed in the event. Congratulations and great job Lions!

Tonight's Volleyball game at Kewanee Weathersfield has also been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

A great big Thank-You goes out to RP Lumber and Johnson's Carpet for material donations so these awesome Volleyball boxes could be built for our Lady Lions. The assembly team wishes to remain anonymous, but they deserve a huge "Thanks" as well!

Fight Like Erin Night In support of Erin and the Matlick family, Logan Jr High will be hosting a "Fight Like Erin" night during their boys basketball games on Tuesday, December 12. The 6th grade game will tip off at 4:30 pm at Logan Jr High, and 7th grade will tip off at 6:00 pm at Princeton High School (8th grade game will follow). There will be a lot of fun at this event, and multiple ways to show support for the Matlick family including a silent auction, 50/50 and much more. The 49th Annual Kaiser-Kesseler Holiday Tournament will be held at Logan Junior High School on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. This tournament consists of three 8th grade boys basketball teams. The tournament will be round robin with results based on best record. If a tie exists, the fewest points allowed will be the tie breaker. Christmas for Kids Logan Junior High is holding an Advisory competition to collect monetary donations from Monday, November 13th through Friday, November 17th. There will be a food prize awarded to the Advisory from each grade level that donates the most money. **Please collect just money, not toys. On Wednesday, students can bring $1.00 to have the opportunity to chew gum. This money will go in a general collection and NOT be added to each Advisory total.
