The students in 6th grade Science have been studying the water cycle. They created 3D paper models and used different colors of marker to identify the location of rivers, homes, fields, a school, roads, chemicals, and factories. "Precipitation" from a spray bottle of water occurred in the classroom allowing the students to observe surface run-off and how humans impact the water supply and the environment.
